Every once in a while, a song will get stuck in my head out of nowhere. Like some sort of divine intervention, it will just pop into my head, despite the fact that I haven’t heard it in years.

Today, it was the song “Adelweiss,” from The Sound of Music. I don’t know why it happened. I don’t know what sparked it. I was just cleaning my apartment, and all of a sudden, out of nowhere, it started playing in my head.

Blossom of snow may you bloom and grow,
Bloom and grow forever.
